SLIPPER LOBSTER
Slipper lobster is commonly referred to as flat lobster. The meat is pearly white and translucent. The delicate flavor is often times sweeter than that of other lobster species, and the texture has been characterized as a cross between a lobster and a shrimp.
Suggested Preparations: Grilled, Broiled, Sautéed, Steamed, Baked or Raw.

Slipper Lobster can be cut into sashimi or available as a whole lobster.
