SPIKJACK TUNA
The skipjack tuna is a medium-sized tuna, also known as "aku" in Hawaii. It is the preferred tuna for poke (Hawaiian-style raw fish) and tataki (Japanese-style seared fish).
Suggested Preparations: Raw (sashimi, poke), Seared (tataki), Broiled, Fried, Sautéed, Dried

Skipjack Tuna can be cut into loin, strip, cube or sliced sashimi. The size can be cut according to the customers' request.
